1.It only shows a blank page and a ×. •It is possible that you have not installed Windows Media Player 9 or above, which means your Windows Media Player version is too low. (The self-contained Windows Media Player in Win2000 and Win98 is V6.4) •It may happen if you forbid ActiveX, firewall or antivirus software.
2. It says “Illegal execution!” when media player pops up.
• There could be something wrong with system file. Reinstall operation system. •There could be something wrong with driver program. Reinstall the diver or install a new driver. • Your computer was attacked by virus. Install antivirus software to kill virus.
