1. Why graphic pauses sometime?


•It could be that too many users watch our video simultaneously online. You are recommended to download the video to watch it.


•If you are ADSL user, it could be that there is not enough bandwidth or the bandwidth is not stable, the so-called ADSL “interrupt stream” phenomenon occurs. You can try the following methods to solve the problem:

•Close ADSL adapter for 2 minutes and open it again.

•Close firewall and do not run proxy server software which enables Internet connection sharing or web acceleration software.

• Make sure that mobile phone is not beside the ADSL adapter.

•Make sure that you have not set IP address, TCP/IP gateway or DNS.

•It could be that your ADSL location is too far away from the telecommunications office (2.5 kilometers or further).

•Check whether ADSL voice splitter is connected correctly.

•Chose good quality PIC network interface card (10M network interface card or 10M/100Mbps auto adaptive network interface card)


2.What to do if image is unclear with mosaic?

• There are two ways to watch the videos provided by our site. One is to watch it online and the other is to download and watch it offline. If you watch a video online, it will be restricted by the network bandwidth, so you may encounter problems as unclear image or image with mosaic. We recommend you to download the video to watch it.

 


3. Why there’s sound but no image or still image?


• If there’s sound, it indicates you have passed user identity verification. It could be that there is not enough bandwidth to watch a video online, and as a result you can only hear sound.


• To solve the problem, just download and save the video file on your computer. When it finishes download, click the file, and Windows Media Player will play the video automatically. Then all you need to do is follow the instructions .

 


4.What to do if there’s image but no sound?

•Open Windows Media Player to play a sound file to check whether your computer and Windows Media Player work normally.


•Check whether you have installed all the required plugs in.


•Play a program, right click the mouse button, and select “Volume” to see whether “Mute” is ticked. If yes, cancel it.


• Right click the mouse button, and select “options”. Drag “Balance” under “Playback” option from left to right and vice versa to check whether it’s a mono program and it happens that sound channel is closed or there is something wrong with that sound box.
