Heroes of Thessalonica - Intro Movie

At the start of the era, Thessalonica was a peaceful land and was commonly referred to as The Paradise. The reverenced gods have always been watching over the people living in this gracious land. Talents and supernatural powers were also granted to the people to protect themselves. Elves were blessed with graciousness and spiritual powers; Dwarves possesses overwhelming strength and technological knowledge; Halflings were agile and has an adventurous need to explore the unknown while Humans were given healing abilities and the sacred ability to imbue holy blessing. Two hundred years later, Teymurgul and the Dragonian, the forged enemies of the thearchy took an oath of allegiance to destroy Thessalonica. Thessalonica was thrown into war and turmoil for a hundred years with the gods fighting alongside the other races. It was a hard-fought war that was finally won by Thessalonica, where many heroes were forged...and fell. Unfortunately, the victory of the Thessalonians has made them hubristic. The Thessalonians had become arrogant and insolent. This also made them demand more from the gods and the winds of war were blowing amongst the different races. The thearchy took umbrage at the Thessalonians and brought forth lethal disasters to punish them. Henceforth, the Thessalonians no longer devote themselves to the gods. This changed the world of Thessalonica...
